Cancellations: We respectfully require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation/rescheduling of an appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. For appointments made within the 24 hour period that require cancellation, if a cancellation is required, we request you cancel within 5 hours of the appointment time or you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

Tardiness: There will be a $10 charge for every ten minutes you are late for your appointment up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you will be charged 25% of your service total and required to reschedule your appointment.

​No Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
