We are committed to taking a critical position in instituting and enhancing processes and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests. We have obtained up to date standards from experts in healthcare, infectious disease, and esthetics to ensure we are taking the right measures to ensure safety without sacrificing your experience at our studio.
We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for you to relax and receive your professional services. We have enforced crucial steps, enhanced cleaning practices, and added additional measures to ensure your safety and comfort at our studio spa.
Among the steps we are taking above, we are also including the following preventive measures:
Thoroughly wiping down our service room and cleaning all tools with approved hospital-grade / EPA-registered disinfectants and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and common areas at a minimum of once every hour.
Service provider will wear gloves during services upon client request.
Service provider will take and pass a Spa Sanitation and Illness Prevention course and perform a practical assessment to ensure we follow the strict guidelines we enforce, including proper hand washing.
Pre-service health checks on service provider including temperature check
Mandatory masks for service provider at all times
All linens are single service use
A contact-lite transaction process including digital forms
We change sheets and face covers after each client and wash at high temperatures with a bleach-based product to minimize the transmission risk, as is recommended by various public health authorities. Face covers also use both flannel and microfiber to offer a double line of protection. We sanitize all seats and chairs after each client with CDC approved disinfectants.
We have employed an aggressive cleaning schedule for the entire studio suite. All service rooms will be thoroughly wiped down with a hot hand towel or washcloth with one a hospital-grade disinfectant.
Hand sanitizer’s will be available at our front counter and in our treatment room for use by both our customers and service provider.
